Deed by Samuel Andrewe (son and heir of the late William Andrewe), Samuel's wife Elizabeth Andrewe, and Reana Daniels (relict of William Andrewes) to Charles Chauncy concerning 250 acres of land in Cambridge for 200 pounds. Acknowledged before Edward Goffe and Thomas Danforth 17 December 1655 and recorded by Thomas Danforth in liber 2 page 2.
